Hello I am Josh, I am a Chef and spent 4 years in Tofino working in a resort as well as a Major Hotel chain in the lower mainland. I love food, cooking and foraging but I also like to help people and so I reached out to my mother Debra and I decided to take the BC Mortgage Broker course and join her in finding mortgage solutions for clients. Mom has over 40+ years experience in financial -investment and estate planning. Most recently she worked with a Major Chartered Bank as a Mortgage Specialist. She has helped over 180+ RCMP members find relocation homes throughout the provinces and specialized in assisting Financial Planners with their clients mortgage lending needs. She has completed over 290+ mortgages for one of her Financial Planners and over the last 2 years she has underwritten 555 Mortgages for $43 Million. Her valuable experience goes well beyond a lending transaction. She becomes a Lending Partner with her contacts in Real Estate, Financial Planning , First Responders and RCMP members. She is always thinking of her clients and looking to find the best rate possible out there in the financial community. My focus is on First Time Homebuyers , helping people navigate through their first experience buying a home. My mom focuses on Refinancing or Equity Take Out's along with people that may have rental properties and/or self employed as these types of deals require more experience.
